Get your Students and Alumni Hired.

As the Fall 2010 campus recruiting season picks up, more and more employers are turning to OneWire to fill entry-level positions. In fact, we have opened up the OneWire platform to allow thousands of employers to conduct their entry-level searches and access student candidates.

InSourcing Emails
Employers who need to fill entry-level positions use the OneWire InSourcing feature: a link that directs candidates to the job description page, where they can create a OneWire profile and Express Interest in the position.

Throughout the recruiting season, employers may send you emails that contain InSourcing links for positions they want to fill with students from your school. To best promote these positions and get your students hired, you can post the job openings, along with their InSourcing links, on your school's student job board. Or, you can forward them directly to your students.

Your students can create OneWire profiles well before employers begin sending InSourcing emails. By placing the Career Opportunities button on your website, you can direct students to OneWire now so that they are prepared with complete profiles and can be matched to the open positions being sourced by thousands of companies.

If you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at 646.786.0830 or at support@onewire.com.
