Later this month, OneWire will launch a new feature to help you know exactly where your profile needs work. From Education to Experience to Skills & Interests, this new feature will let you know if your profile is missing valuable information that hiring managers want to see.

Until then, look at your Matchability rating in your profile. If you are in the "Very Low" to "Low" range, you need to add more information to increase your chances of connecting with top employers.

Candidates with detailed profiles are most frequently matched to relevant opportunities, so if you ever have trouble adding information, let us know.
