with complete and detailed profiles are more likely to be matched to
the most relevant opportunities, so it is in their best interest to add
as much information as possible. From education and experiences to
skills and interests, a complete OneWire profile helps students provide
employers with a detailed look into their backgrounds and
qualifications.

Focus On Education
Students should focus on completing the Education section
in their profiles because it allows them to display comprehensive
details around their education and extracurricular activities.
Students can provide the following information to stand out among other candidates:
- College or University and Graduation Date
- Degrees & Fields of Study
- Scholarships
- Additional Distinctions
- Clubs & Organizations
- Study Abroad Programs
They can then supplement this information by adding detail to the Skills & Interest section, which outlines their participation in various sports, clubs, and other activities.
