and InSourcing are hot topics at OneWire. While the features certainly
are different, they help achieve the same goal: to increase the size of
your candidate database and fill it with qualified and interested
candidates - whether they are interested in working for your company or
in a specific opportunity.

InBoarding
Our InBoarding
feature is a candidate acquisition tool that directs job applicants
from your corporate website to OneWire. When candidates move through
the InBoarding process, they are immediately tagged as having expressed
interest in working for your company.
So
when you need to fill an open opportunity, you may search for those
candidates whom you know are interested in your company - and you can
ensure that they are qualified for that opportunity by setting other
specific search criteria.

InSourcing
InSourcing
is another type of candidate acquisition tool that directs job
applicants from the third-party job sites where your opportunities may
appear, such as LinkedIn or Indeed, to OneWire. When candidates move
through the InSourcing process for a particular opportunity, they have
the option to Express Interest in it.
So when you need to fill that opportunity, you may search for those candidates who have expressed interest in it.
