OneWire Newsletter
Precise Matches Between Top Candidates
and Top Opportunities.
|
We
hope you had a very happy Fourth of July weekend! With the holiday
behind us and summer in full swing, now is the perfect time to make
sure you are correctly categorized on OneWire.
|
|
|
Correct Categorization
You
can never include too much information in your OneWire profile, as long
as the information is accurate and relevant. Hiring managers need
detailed information to consider you for their positions, but
irrelevant details will hurt your chances of being considered.
For
example, if you add a role to one of your positions in the Experience
section but select every specialization under that role - even if they
do not completely reflect the work you carry out - you give hiring
managers a fuzzy picture of your experience. They will then be unable
to determine whether you are qualified for their positions.
|
|
Select Specializations
You
can correctly categorize yourself and give hiring managers a clear
picture of your experience by adding specializations to each role in
your profile, but be sure to select only the specializations that
reflect exactly what you do in a particular role.
To select new specializations or review those you have already added, log in to OneWire and click Edit next to each of the roles in your profile.
