OneWire Newsletter
Precise Matches Between Top Candidates
and Top Opportunities.

Welcome to the first edition of the new OneWire newsletter. You will receive this newsletter on the first Tuesday of every month in lieu of our weekly emails. Our communications have changed, but our goal is the same: providing you with industry news and profile tips to help you be matched to exciting opportunities on OneWire.

Take Action with your Matches
What is the first step you take when you are matched to an opportunity on OneWire? Do you immediately log in to your profile to review the opportunity, or do you let the position sit on your dashboard? To get the best results from OneWire, you should always take immediate action with your matches!

When you have a match on your dashboard, it is important to act on it. We encourage you to always click into those positions to review the position details, evaluate the match, and take one of the actions listed on the right.

What is your Status?
When you create your OneWire profile, you have three career status options to choose from - options that determine when and if you will be contacted by employers on OneWire:
  • Actively Looking - Employers may contact you about their opportunities when you are matched to them
  • Open to Opportunities - You are happy in your current position but are open to learning of new opportunities
  • Not Looking - Employers may not contact you at this time
The default status is Actively Looking, so if that setting does not reflect your current career status, log in to OneWire and change it. Simply click on the Status link that appears under your name in your profile to select the option that best suits you.

Do you know anyone who should have a profile on OneWire? Spread the word.

If you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at 646.786.0830 or at support@onewire.com.

Sincerely,
The OneWire Team
