When you log in to your OneWire profile, you'll immediately notice some changes on your dashboard. Each box you'll find there is important to your activity on OneWire and in your overall job search. Here's why.

My Matches

This box contains a list of the opportunities to which you have been matched on OneWire. It helps you keep track of your opportunities and makes deciding how to proceed with each of them easier. 

Jobs I Want

This box presents a list of jobs in which you have "Expressed Interest." You have always been able to express interest in particular firms, showing hiring managers that you would especially like to work for their firm. Now, you can express interest in specific positions, as well. If you use the Browse Jobs tab at the bottom of your dashboard, you can peruse a very brief sampling of jobs and are now able to show hiring managers that you are particularly interested in this opportunity. It is important to note, however, that expressing interest in a position is not the same as applying for it. Instead, if you are matched to a position, a hiring manager can now see whether you are interested in that position or not.

Matchability

This box contains your "Matchability" rating - it rates how likely it is that you will be matched to opportunities on OneWire, based on the type and amount of information in your profile. Your rating helps you gauge whether you need to add more detail to your profile in order to increase your chances of being found for precisely the right opportunity. As you add detail to your profile, this rating will go up, so it is an easy fix if you log in to see that your rating is Low or Average.

Search Preferences

This box is an overview of your privacy and career settings on OneWire. This helps you make sure your profile stays up to date as your preferences change. At any time, you can change your settings by using the "Preferences" tab in your profile.

My Referrals

This box contains an overview of your referral activity. This keeps you updated when colleagues or peers refer you for open opportunities on OneWire.
