OneWire has launched an online career and recruitment-management tool designed to connect finance professionals with the companies seeking to hire them.

The tool is designed to help financial firms directly connect with a pool of relevant candidates for any job based on the firm's search criteria, including: work experience, education and languages spoken. It then creates a connection between the two without revealing any information about the candidates except for how they score against the firm's search criteria, at which point the candidates can choose how and when to reveal their profiles.
